How your personal data will be used

If you supply your details for a quotation your name, address, telephone number/email will be logged and passed to our sales team. We do not sell/pass these details to any third party.

If we carry out work for you. We will keep your name, address, telephone number, email and details of work we have had carried out for you on our secure database. This is only used by ourselves to look up details of work if an issue should ever arise. The only time these details would be shared to a third party is if the product needs an issue resolved by the manufacturers. We would notify you in this event that your personal details would be shared.

Once work has been completed, if it requires to be registered with FENSA and/or GGFi please see statements below:

For FENSA registration:

By agreeing to this quotation / agreement you are also consenting to your personal data being shared with third parties for the purposes of fulfilling the requirements of the Competent Person Scheme for self-certification under the Building Regulations. Personal data includes title, name, address, phone and email numbers. This data will be used to provide essential documentation and will be retained on files for the lifetime of the guarantees which do not exceed 10 years.

For GGFI Warranty insurance:

By agreeing to this quotation / agreement you are also consenting to your personal data being shared with third parties for the purposes of fulfilling the requirements of providing a policy of warranty insurance to you. Third parties will include any relevant bodies that are required for the performance of the contract including Brokers, Insurers, Mailing houses and Repair companies (in the event of any claim being made under the terms of the policy). Personal data includes title, name, address, phone and email numbers. This data will be used to provide warranty insurance policies and will be retained on files for no less than the lifetime of the policy in question.
